Experiments – not only are they a lot of fun for the children, but they also provide them with knowledge about chemistry, physics and biology. Easy experiments are the educational adventure. Teachers present key ideas connected with the given topic, but the most important element of the program is the experiments.
Chess – a class shaping the powers of concentration, learning logical and spatial thinking. During the learning and playing, children learn responsibility for their own decisions, respect for the opponent and applied in life for fair play. Classes are a perfect complement to the intellectual development of children.
Aikido – training for children are a combination of aikido and fun. Practicing Aikido develops a great sense of balance and coordination, which children often do not have yet. Aikido training teaches children how to stay safe and peer group. During the exercise, it is needed to realise that you should have a high priority to care for a partner, to be able to carry out the techniques and to move safely whilst being surrounded by other practitioners. Aikido techniques practiced in pairs – the need to find yourself a partner teaches children to overcome shyness and alienation. Children acquire self-confidence and really have fun.
Dancing – it’s honed sensitivity classes on music, shaping the aesthetics of movement and motion coordination. Dancing helps to overcome shyness and teaches children cooperation within the group, as well as motion memory is formed and they are able to learn and recognize music and rhythms.
Capoeira – a martial art developed in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries by Brazilian slaves who wanted to express their cultural identity. During practicing capoeira, children learn agility, flexibility, coordination, sense of rhythm, balance and to generate a correct posture. Classes are held at the rhythm of ethnic instruments. Mini-tennis – these are introductory classes for the youngest children wanting to learn sport, which is tennis. Individual sessions with a speech therapist – each child at the beginning of the school year ,is examined by a speech therapist free of charge, who determines the level of the language development of the child and, if necessary, propose individual therapy sessions. ‘Support speech therapist’ also includes meetings with parents and the support from school staff in developing children’s language competence. The program to work with the child is individually tailored to their capabilities and needs. The working methods, which used are primarily speech therapist games, makes children participate in activities willingly and to not get bored.
