We follow the program of pre-school education in-line with the curriculum basis (Regulation of the Ministry of National Education about the curriculum basis for pre-school and general education in Particular types of schools (Journal of Laws dated 15th January 2009). The program is based on education, supporting the development of each pre-schooler. It Focuses on a variety of developmental characteristics of children and Promotes their development by Strengthening self-esteem, curiosity and emotional independence . The program emphasizes the individuality of each child.

Supporting child’s cognitive development:
Kids Math prof. E. Gruszczyk – Kolczyńska introducing children to the world of mathematics. This program assumes that the core support of development is wisely organized by the learning process of children. Therefore, in this program, the most important is the personal experiences of the child. Thanks to that, childrens minds are able to create new concepts and skills. Experiences are specially selected and preferably adapted to the needs of each child, contributing to the development of children’s thinking and hardening the children’s emotional resilience.
Emotions without secrets – kindergarten’s original program, whose main aim is to prepare children to be able to consciously control their behavior when experiencing strong emotions and feelings so that they get a positive response from the environment.
Glottodidactics – an innovative method of preparing the child to learn to read and write (a method developed by Polish professor B. Rocławski) already preparing very young children to be ready to take on literacy. This creates the possibility of relatively quickly mastering the technique of reading. This method assures from the outset that each child gains more skill in their own time and pace, and the task of the teacher is to differentiate lessons to take into account the individual capabilities of each child and the degree of cognitive arousal.
Method Good Start – method ‘good start’- this exercise system affects mainly instrumental processes: ‘perceptual and motor’. Three elements play a key role in this method: visual (graphic patterns), auditory (song) and motion (movement exercise organized in time and space, showing graphic designs harmonized with the rhythm of the song). The method in addition to developing a good start in perception, motion and perceptual-movement integration also teaches the ability to understand and manipulate abstract symbols, which is especially important for children starting school.
Method Research Project – gives equal opportunities to work and for the children to cooperate with one another. It is a method of liberating activity, independence of children, motivating them to take action. Working with children the ‘projects method’ leads to the teacher changing positions and transferring their expertise to children, so that they gain new skills and experience to use during active operation. Thanks to the work of the project the children become explorers, researchers and commting to use the acquired knowledge in practice.
Creative methods and fulfilling natural child’s need of movement (in physical education):
Methods Sherborne Developmental Movement Weroniki Sherborne – is a system of exercises and activities, which are derived from a natural child’s needs. These are particuly important for the development of the child’s physical, emotional and social side. The method of developing motion uses touch, movement, body awareness exercises and personal space and relationships. The child gets to know their own body and personal space that surrounds them, it meets another child’s needs, teaches them to work together, they gain confidence in themselves and others, and makes them feel safe and to become creative. Motion is fun, which gives an experience of joy and sharing it with others, which is very important in making social contacts.
Pedagogy fun during this activity, gives the communication of content and causing emotions by reacting on different senses. Movement, gesture, touch, dance, sound, painting, role play ‘pantomime’ – a whole range of means of expression, which are available to the operator and the participants to have fun. This method of working with a group facilitates contacts between members of the group on a secure, accepted by all children’s levels. Tells them what to do to these contacts to give maximum benefit to both groups, as well as each of its members.
Elements of relaxation methods:
Fairy tale therapy – is a modern method of stimulating the development of the child in preschool using reading, listening or watching carefully selected items (or parts) of children’s literature. It contributes to the positive creation of the world and the child itself. Its main aim is to reduce anxiety, tension, unpleasant emotions that adversely affect the child’s development. ‘Fairy tale therapy’ further develops the child’s personality by presenting literary models worthy of imitation, enriches knowledge that shapes the language skills, imagination, it contributes to the development of the ability to understand moral concepts and causes the development of feelings.
Music therapy is an excellent way of overcoming shyness within children. Dancing and uninhibited and spontaneous movement connected with it contributes to increasing self-esteem and self-worth, as well as a positive effect on the development of a positive self-image. Dancing is also a form of release from internal disturbances and tension; it is an activity which creates the possibility for the mouth to get rid of accumulated emotions.
